Biography
Ashley Bond graduated cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2016. While attending law school, Mrs. Bond was a competing member of her school’s National Trial Competition Team, where she placed as a regional semi-finalist. She also served as a Rule 16 attorney in the Bronfein Family Law Clinic.
Following law school, Mrs. Bond was a trial attorney at a criminal defense firm, where she zealously represented clients in both the district and circuit courts of Maryland.
Mrs. Bond thereafter became an Associate at RSRM, where she was the only attorney at RSRM to practice both insurance defense and workers’ compensation defense. Mrs. Bond is barred in Maryland, Washington D.C., as well as the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. She has consistently been selected as a Rising Star Attorney in Maryland since 2021.
In her free time, she served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Baltimore School of Law where she successfully coached the same mock trial program that she previously participated in as a student. Through Mrs. Bond’s leadership, the mock trial team won the 2021 National Trial Competition’s Regional Championship and placed second at the 2022 Buffalo Niagara Trial Competition.
In July 2024, Mrs. Bond was elevated to Partner at RSRM.
Outside of the practice of law, Mrs. Bond enjoys hiking, traveling, and cooking, as well as spending time with her dog, Charlie, and her husband, Ben.
