Biography
Cailey I. Duffy graduated from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in 2023 with a concentration in Cybersecurity and Crisis Management Law after receiving her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 2019. During law school Ms. Duffy was appointed as Executive Editor of the University of Maryland’s Journal of Health Care Law & Policy and participated in the Gender Violence Clinic where she advocated for equitable treatment of incarcerated individuals.
As a law student, Ms. Duffy interned with the Department of Justice and the Honorable Lynn Stewart Mays of the Baltimore City Circuit Court. Following law school, Ms. Duffy served as the Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Videtta A. Brown of the Baltimore City Circuit Court.
Outside of the office, Ms. Duffy enjoys reading, hiking and spending time with her family and her Bernese Mountain Dog, Murphy.
