Paul G. Donoghue
Biography
Mr. Donoghue became a Partner at Rollins, Smalkin, Richards & Mackie. L.L.C. in 1998 and is rated "Distinguished" by Martindale-Hubbell. His practice includes litigation in the areas of workers' compensation, general and professional liability, toxic torts and transportation.
Mr. Donoghue lectures and presents seminars about workers’ compensation law. He has tried in excess of 2000 cases at the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission and has first-chaired more than 100 trials to verdict in circuit courts throughout the state of Maryland.
